ACCOMMODATION VOUCHERS IN CANCUN, MEXICO

Free accommodations for two for 5 days/4 nights in Premier Cancun Vacation resorts in Cancun at the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, the Ocean Hotel is open to all Yak customers who are Canadian residents and who have reached the age of majority. Employees, members of their immediate families and persons domiciled with employees of Globalive Communications Corp. and Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., their advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. By redeeming the voucher customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions noted below and the decisions of Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., (the “Sponsor”) which are final.

Offer runs from September 18, 2009 to December 31, 2009.

VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDTIONS

Only one (1) voucher per account allowed. To be eligible customer account may not have a 30+ balance. Customer must have made at least 3 payments. Customer is on PAP. Offer not applicable to any other service on customer account and is non- transferrable and has no cash value. Offer open to new and existing customers. Vouchers will be mailed or emailed electronically to recipient with billing at 90 days and eligible for use at 120 days or anytime thereafter granted the account status is current and meet the above noted criteria.

ELIGIBILITY

Recipients must be (1) current customers with Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., adding Yak Home Phone Fully Loaded, Yak High Speed Internet or Yak Basic, Yak Lite or Yak Fully Loaded Paks or (2) new customers signing up for Yak Home Phone Fully Loaded, Yak High Speed or Yak Basic, Yak Lite or Yak Fully Loaded Paks provided they sign up with a credit card on pre-authorized payment.

THE OFFER

Each eligible customer will receive a voucher for accommodations for 5 days/4 nights at the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, the Ocean Hotel in Cancun, Mexico. Approximate value per voucher is $1,050 CAD. Airfare, additional fees, meal plans, excursions or any other incidentals are not part of the offer. All accommodations terms and conditions are subject to accommodations provider Premier Cancun Vacations and outlined further in Redemption/Accommodation Terms and Conditions.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:

The offer must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash or allowed to be sold. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any of the components of the offer is unavailable. In the event that the recipient is unable to redeem the offer due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, their employees, representatives, agents and all parties associated with this offer, no compensation or substitution offer will be provided.

GENERAL RULES

By accepting the recipients accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions noted above and the decisions of Yak Communications (Canada) Corp. (“the Sponsor”) and independent judging organization, if any, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this offer. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation.

The Sponsor is committed to respecting your privacy rights. Any personal information collected will be handled in strict accordance all applicable privacy legislation. The Sponsor will not sell your personal information collected to any third parties.

The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure of the website during the offer or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by the Sponsor. In addition, the Sponsor shall not be responsible due to technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this offer should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Offer. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Sponsor shall not be responsible in any way for the use of, or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the offer awarded or the events forming part of this offer.

Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all aspects of this offer.

The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

REDEMPTION/ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If you book your vacation within 30 days, you may be eligible to receive one of several bonus gifts when you arrive at your destination.
   
   
2. Premier Cancun Vacations (PCV) is not responsible for airline tickets or any kind of transportation or any expense associated with it. This promotional package does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food, beverages, activities or any other personal expense or purchase.
   
   
3. This vacation is valid for 18 months from date of Purchase.
   
   
4. This promotion is valid for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. One of the adult travelers must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid driver’s license and a major credit card for identification at check-in.
   
   
5. Reservations must be made 30 to 45 days prior to desired travel dates during low peak seasons and 60 to 90 days prior to desired travel dates during high peak seasons. Mexican government daily taxes are applicable and shall be paid at the time of reservation.
   
   
6. Additional nights and any modifications to this offer are subject to availability and additional charges, rates may vary during high peak seasons.
   
   
7. PCV is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of accidents, delays or acts of God.
   
   
8. PCV does not assume responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.
   
   
9. As a client of this exclusive offer, you are welcome, but under no obligation, to visit the resort and take an orientation tour which includes a presentation. However, if you want to learn more about the vacation club opportunities, you can choose to do so during your visit. You will be offered special discounts on upgrades and extra activities.
   
   
10. Reservation changes must be made up to 14 days prior to travel date in writing via fax or email in order to avoid late change fees.
    
    
11. All reservations are subject to space and availability and can be made through our reservation department 1-866-760-1843 (USA).
    
    
12. This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional vacation offer.
    
    
13. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered 2 or more families travelling together or meeting at the same resort during the same vacation period.
